Three Weeks In.

I have a new daily habit.

Every morning, around 10am, I perk up to the idea that it’s time to make a coffee. That’s not new. I’ve had morning coffee for years.

It’s the appearance of an unwelcome additional step to making coffee that has me concerned.

Every day last week the same thing happened. I filled the pot with water, put it on the stove, tidied things up in the kitchen while it warmed up, and then, after a while, noticed I hadn’t turned the burner on.

It’s Sunday and I just did the same thing. That’s seven days in a row.

The week before last it happened a few times.

Before Covid it never happened.

I’m thinking I have something going on with this brain fog I’ve heard some people talk about.

Housekeeping before I move forward, in case there are any questions. I’m double vaxxed. Not yet boosted. I have no idea where I picked this up, but I did seem to hand…
